Role overview
As a Senior IAM Business Analyst you will shape technology demand in the IAM domain, focus on employee identity and access management, and bridge the gap between business and IT. You analyse requirements, design efficient solutions and processes, and define target states together with the Product Owner.
Key responsibilities
Translate high-level complex targets into designs and a blueprint for solutions; align with Product Owners, DevOps teams and other stakeholders.
Develop cross-domain solutions that deliver high value.
Plan and organise activities within the team and work independently within departmental objectives.
Monitor and improve the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts and act as a sparring partner for business, development teams and Product Owners.
Keep abreast of market and technological developments and incorporate them into solution designs.
Ensure DevOps teams have the necessary information to translate capabilities into solution designs.
Required skills & qualifications
Education: Academic thinking and work level; Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
Certification: CISSP.
Technical knowledge: IAM protocols and standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM; user provisioning and single sign-on.
Experience: Requirement analysis (mastery) and networking (experienced).
Skills: Strong creation and writing skills; excellent English communication (mandatory).

Availability: Candidate must be available for the entire duration of the assignment.
Employment form: Self-employed / ZZP not allowed.
Identification: Candidate must be in possession of a valid passport or ID card (to be available at interview and start).
Pre-employment screening: A successful pre-employment screening is required before start.
Work model: Hybrid working.

- Excellent communication in English is required
- All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the assignment
- Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
- The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the assignment
- If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be executed
- Your candidate is only allowed to start after the pre-employment screening has been completed successfully
Gunningscriteria

- Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, Open
